Job Description

As a member of our Event Staff team, you will support the preparation, coordination, and execution of events while helping ensure a positive experience for guests, clients, and team members.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Welcome and assist guests throughout events
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Support event coordinators and other team members
• Help maintain organized, clean, and presentable event areas
• Provide guests with event information and general assistance
• Respond professionally to questions or concerns
• Follow event procedures, schedules, and company standards
• Collaborate with the team to ensure events operate smoothly
