About the Role

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in finance, with at least 2 years' in fintech, crypto, Web3, payments, or digital banking. The role requires a deep understanding of financial operations in these sectors, including experience with structured credit, liquidity facilities, and fundraising. The ideal candidate will have a background in a VC-backed startup and be adept at building financial models, managing unit economics, and ensuring transparent financial reporting. Strong communication skills, both with investors and within the company, are essential, as is the ability to work closely with the CEO and founding team. The CFO will also be involved in coordinating with legal, product, and compliance teams on various financial aspects of the business.
