ABOUT ELYSIAN

Elysian Luxury MedSpa & Wellness is a growing wellness organization dedicated to helping individuals look, feel, and live better through medical weight loss, hormone optimization, IV therapy, wellness memberships, preventative wellness services, and community wellness initiatives.

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, relationship-focused professional to help expand our community presence and grow wellness program participation throughout the Kansas City metro area.

This is not a traditional sales position. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, creating opportunities, and being rewarded for the results they generate.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Community Wellness & Membership Growth Manager is responsible for developing relationships within the community, increasing awareness of Elysian services, promoting wellness memberships, and generating new client opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, attending events, building relationships, and helping people improve their health, wellness, and confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Outreach & Networking

Attend community events, health fairs, vendor fairs, networking events, and wellness expos
Develop relationships with gyms, salons, spas, wellness providers, fitness centers, and community organizations
Represent Elysian professionally throughout the community
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and community engagement

Business Development

Generate new client consultations
Promote wellness memberships and wellness programs
Generate interest in medical weight loss programs
Introduce prospective clients to hormone optimization services
Promote IV therapy services and wellness packages
Support special promotions and growth initiatives

Relationship Management

Follow up with prospective clients and leads
Maintain ongoing communication with community partners
Track outreach activities and business development efforts
Collaborate with the clinical and leadership teams to support growth objectives

COMPENSATION

Compensation is based on collected revenue.

Wellness Membership Sales

Earn 100% of the first month's membership fee after payment is collected.

Examples:

$119 Membership = $119 Commission
$199 Membership = $199 Commission
$349 Membership = $349 Commission

Medical Weight Loss Enrollment

$80 per enrollment

Hormone Replacement Therapy Conversion

$100 per treatment conversion

IV Therapy Package Sales

10% of collected package revenue

Mobile Wellness & Community Event Sales

10% of collected event revenue

Revenue Production Bonuses

$500 Bonus at $10,000 collected revenue
$1,000 Bonus at $20,000 collected revenue
$2,500 Bonus at $40,000 collected revenue

EARNING POTENTIAL

Top performers have the potential to earn $50,000$100,000+ annually through performance-based compensation.

Income is performance-based and not guaranteed.
