We are seeking to hire a Dental Operations Manager to join our team!
As a Dental Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily non-clinical business functions of our practice to ensure peak efficiency and profitability. You will lead and support the administrative and assisting teams by managing schedules, hiring, and coordinating staff training. Your financial duties will include optimizing billing processes, managing insurance claims, and monitoring the clinic’s operational budget. You will also maintain a safe, legally compliant environment by enforcing strict adherence to healthcare regulations like OSHA and HIPAA. Ultimately, your leadership will streamline patient scheduling and clinic logistics so our dental team can focus entirely on providing exceptional patient care.
