Manager - Care Coordination

Saint Francis Medical Center

Job Summary The Manager of Care Coordination assumes responsibility and authority as the leader for Case Management, Social Services, and Utilization Review departments. Supervising under the Director of Quality & Performance Improvement, the Manager will supervise and direct both the administrative and clinical support functions of these departments. The role provides strong leadership, motivation, colleague development, and clinical assessment to colleagues in the roles of Case Manager, Care Manager, Social Worker, and Utilization Review Clinician.
