You'll monitor the patient's condition, administer treatments, manage specialized respiratory and feeding therapies, and collaborate closely with the family and healthcare team to support positive outcomes. What We're Looking For We're seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled RN with hands-on pediatric experience and a passion for delivering exceptional care in the home setting. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while maintaining close communication with the care team. Required Clinical Experience Qualified candidates must have experience with: BiPAP therapy Airway suctioning Cough assist devices Mic-Key G-tube feedings Enteral feeding pumps Experience caring for infants and medically complex pediatric patients is strongly preferred.
