Commercial Litigation Associate

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a highly qualified Commercial Litigation Associate to join its dynamic practice in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess four to six years of commercial litigation experience and demonstrate excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth within a collegial environment. Duties Represent clients in complex litigation matters in local, state, and federal courts. Engage in trial and appellate level proceedings. Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on diverse cases. Requirements Four to six years of commercial litigation experience. Active bar license in Oregon or eligibility to waive in. Class action experience is a plus. Active bar license in Washington and/or California is advantageous. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar membership in Oregon. Skills Excellent writing and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail.
