Job Overview A law firm seeks a Benefits and Compensation Associate with at least four years of experience to join its Boise, ID office. The successful candidate will collaborate with employers on health and welfare plan matters, 401(k) and retirement plans, and other benefits. Duties Advise clients on health and welfare plan matters. Manage 401(k) and retirement plan issues. Collaborate with various practice areas within the firm. Maintain frequent contact with clients' in-house attorneys and HR professionals. Requirements JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Minimum of four years of benefits and compensation experience in a law firm or consulting firm. Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills. Bar admission in the state of hire or eligibility for admission. Top academic credentials. Education JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the state of hire or eligibility for admission. Skills Strong analytical and communication skills.
