About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead a comprehensive human resources strategy that is in line with the organization's long-term vision. The CPO will be responsible for all HR functions, including talent acquisition, business partnering, total rewards, learning and development, employee relations, HR operations, and HRIS. This hands-on leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of driving a unified culture while being sensitive to the unique needs of diverse employee populations. The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR executive with over 15 years' experience, adept at leading transformation in complex, service-oriented environments, and will play a critical role in integrating HR practices across the organization. Key responsibilities for the CPO include serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO, leading the development of a people strategy, and driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance. The role also involves enhancing the employee experience, leading engagement strategies, and ensuring HR is visible and responsive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning, as well as experience in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. They should be a strong change agent, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders, and have a deep understanding of HR technology and analytics. While industry experience in healthcare or similarly regulated sectors is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. The CPO will be expected to embody the company's leadership competencies, including courage, candor, emotional intelligence, and a strong sense of purpose.
