Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring activities for a Contract position based in California. In this role, you will help create a smooth and positive experience for candidates and internal teams by organizing interviews, managing recruiting records, and assisting with onboarding steps. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates effectively, and can balance multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.Responsibilities:• Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and ensure recruiting data is current and organized.• Prepare interview materials and distribute relevant information to participants before scheduled meetings.• Support job posting administration and assist with candidate communications throughout different stages of the recruitment process.• Contribute to pre-employment and onboarding activities, including helping collect required documentation for new hires.• Provide administrative assistance to recruiting and broader People Services teams on hiring-related tasks and projects.• Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with a high level of confidentiality and care.• Assist with additional recruiting coordination duties and special projects as business needs evolve.
