This practice also has several Service Delivery Centers that are made up of high-performing US-based resources who work closely with our experienced client serving professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our US-based Financial Services clients. The Opportunity Innovation and automation are at the heart of what we do every day. You must stay on the leading edge of technology and use it to create bespoke solutions to solve problems for our clients. Specifically, your mission will be to design, build, deploy and customize complex technical solutions to accelerate and streamline software application delivery and system integration projects. Most of our projects are built in Java but you will also be exposed to different technologies including web (Angular, React, etc), other languages (.NET, python, etc), web/microservices and databases. A key part of innovation is using the right tool for the job so you’ll always have opportunity to learn and leverage new technology as it comes out such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and data analytics. Our clients look to us to solve their problems not just deploy software they could do themselves so this means you’ll be expected to build custom frameworks, tools and utilities such as custom automation drivers, JSON and XML parsers, integrations between tools and extend existing frameworks to provide new, cutting edge technologies. Most of our work is specifically aimed at accelerating and enhancing software testing. Manual testing can be inefficient and many of today’s complex systems and technologies can’t be tested manually. Even traditional automated testing is outdated so it’s our job to build new tools and technology to do it better. Your Key Responsibilities Everything you’ll do will come back to providing exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solving complex problems that make a difference for our clients. Colleagues and clients from a diverse array of backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you’ll be a high-profile contact when it comes to resolving complex issues. As you build your knowledge and experience, you’ll become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries. Skills And Attributes For Success Working with clients to drive transformational change in the way they deliver application testing services in their organizations Conduct tests and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or client requirements Defining the test strategy, planning, implementing and quality assurance for large complex projects Teaming with business organizations to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coaching teams members with a goal of fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment Sharing your knowledge and developing engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice Cultivating business development opportunities and supporting sales. To qualify, you must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and approximately 5 years of relevant work experience Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments Technical competency experience with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life cycle Management or IT Delivery Management Ideally, you’ll also have Approximately 3 years of financial services experience, including, prior consulting experience Relevant industry certification such as, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP or other specialized IT certifications A “go-getter” attitude, passion to constantly learn, improve and perform at the highest level What We Look For We’re interested in leaders with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to make it happen. The base salary range for this job is: New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $103,900 to $215,700 Bay Area California offices – $108,200 to $224,700 All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $86,600 to $197,800 Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
