In this role, you'll assist clients throughout the vacation planning process by helping manage reservations, organizing travel details, and providing responsive support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with planning requests, schedules, and vacation preferences
• Coordinate travel arrangements such as hotels, transportation, cruises, excursions, and activities
• Review travel availability and compare options using approved booking systems and supplier platforms
• Provide clients with updates regarding confirmations, reservation status, and upcoming travel details
• Respond to inquiries professionally through email, phone, and digital communication channels
• Help manage itinerary revisions, schedule adjustments, and follow-up requests
• Maintain accurate records and organized client information within internal systems
• Participate in virtual training sessions, onboarding programs, and team development meetings
