The IT Specialist I provides frontline technical support and technology services that enable efficient business operations across manufacturing and office environments.

* Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, and mobile devices.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, peripherals, and software.
* Administer user accounts and access permissions.
* Manage IT service tickets and documentation.
* Support onboarding and equipment provisioning.
* Assist with cybersecurity, patching, and endpoint management.
* Support basic networking and connectivity.
* Maintain technical documentation and training materials.
* Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

* Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* One year of IT support experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
* Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor degree in a related field.
* Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft
