Available Schedules

• Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem

• 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be an essential member of our healthcare team by:

• Providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team

• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Promoting a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• New graduates are encouraged to apply
