Join Mandal Automotive Group as a Business Office Manager in D'Iberville, MS. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the administrative and financial operations of our dealership to ensure smooth business functions. Your leadership will help drive operational excellence and foster a positive environment staff and a positive experience clients.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including financial and administrative tasks
Oversee all receivable and payable accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to properly account for transactions.
Maintain comprehensive accounting records and reports for management review
Lead and mentor office staff to promote productivity and collaboration
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
Proven experience in business accounting management, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in dealership management software-Reynolds & Reynolds-and microsoft office suite.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
