A large and loyal customer base generating consistent daily appointments * State-of-the-art facility and resources to help you succeed * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the dealership Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, building trust from the first interaction * Clearly communicate vehicle service needs based on technician recommendations and inspection reports * Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance * Manage repair orders from start to finish, keeping customers informed throughout the process * Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely and efficient service delivery * Upsell appropriate maintenance and service packages to enhance customer safety and satisfaction * Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores and support a positive dealership reputation Qualifications: * Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership preferred (Chevrolet/GM experience a plus) * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Strong understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ready to Take Your Career to the Next Level?
