Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification for the state of Illinois, or eligibility to obtain
• Strong foundation in psychoeducational assessment, consultation, and intervention services
• Ability to provide comprehensive evaluations and support for students with various disabilities
• Knowledge of IEP development, special education procedures, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in school settings is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students' academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Develop and support implementation of interventions, accommodations, and strategies both individually and school-wide
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to create effective learning environments
• Serve as a valued member of multidisciplinary teams for eligibility determinations and educational planning
• Offer counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
• Support students across one or more schools and various age groups, with assignments coordinated to align with your background
