As part of our People Team, the Manager of Attorney Talent and Development serves as the primary partner and advocate for our C&F associates across the Americas. This is a high‑impact position designed for someone who thrives on supporting others—guiding attorneys through onboarding, integration, feedback, staffing, professional growth, and key career decisions. Partnering with the Head of Talent for C&F, the Americas C&F Leadership team, and the Americas Attorney Talent team, and the C&F Operations team to implement and manage C&F programs. In this role, you’ll: Build trusted relationships with associates and counsel Support their development, morale, and long‑term success Partner closely with practice leadership to ensure equitable staffing and meaningful skill‑building opportunities Lead feedback and review processes that help attorneys grow with clarity and confidence Shape onboarding experiences that set new joiners up for success Provide insights that influence culture, engagement, and retention Collaborate across global People teams to ensure attorneys have access to the right resources at the right time This is an opportunity to be both a strategic advisor and a day‑to‑day resource—someone who listens deeply, communicates with empathy, and helps attorneys navigate the realities of a demanding profession while feeling supported, valued, and connected.
