RN - ER Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Department License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC Must-Have: Candidates must pass an exam during orientation with a score of 90% or higher. Description:Candidates must not be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with the health system. A driver's license is required and will be utilized to verify distance from the facility. Candidates must remove artificial fingernails, as they are prohibited in patient care departments. Refusal to comply will lead to termination of the contract. This position involves caring for all patient types, including adults and pediatrics, in an emergency department setting. Candidates are expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to established practices and protocols. Clear communication and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential. A strong understanding of emergency procedures and patient stabilization is required. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is necessary. Candidates are required to have all necessary certifications prior to beginning the assignment.
