School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Seattle, WA | Multiple Openings | Up to $70/hour

Ampersand Therapy is seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) for multiple school-based opportunities in Seattle, Washington. These positions offer a variety of schedules, regional assignments, and contract lengths throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will vary by assignment and will be discussed during the interview process. General school-based OT responsibilities may include:

• Providing occupational therapy assessments, treatment, and consultation
• Conducting evaluations and preparing reports
• Participating in IEP meetings and developing appropriate IEP goals
• Collaborating with teachers, special education teams, families, and related service providers
• Maintaining timely documentation and progress notes
• Supporting students across a range of ages, grade levels, and needs

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for a Washington State Occupational Therapist license
• Must hold or be willing to obtain an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
• New and experienced school-based providers are encouraged to apply
