Due to continued growth and the award of a federal government support contract, Hamilton Enterprises is seeking qualified candidates for Compliance Review Associate positions at multiple locations throughout the United States.

Location:  Atlanta, GA

Job Summary

The Compliance Review Associate will provide onsite compliance, research, data analysis, and administrative support to a federal government client. The position works as part of a professional team supporting program personnel in reviewing documentation, researching information using government and commercial data systems, evaluating records, and preparing supporting documentation and reports.

This position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, the ability to work with sensitive information, and the ability to accurately evaluate and document large volumes of information.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Compliance Review Associate's responsibilities include:

• Input, review, and evaluate data and supporting documentation.
• Perform extensive data entry of paper and electronic records into government-approved systems and applications.
• Conduct database queries and research using federal government and authorized commercial information systems.
• Prepare spreadsheets and other documentation used to organize, analyze, and communicate research results.
• Assist in drafting audit reports, findings, correspondence, and administrative compliance documentation.
• Review information for completeness, consistency, accuracy, and potential compliance issues.
• Document research performed and prepare clear written summaries of relevant findings.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and records supporting work performed.
• Handle sensitive government and personally identifiable information in accordance with applicable security and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform administrative functions necessary to comply with government property, time and attendance, facility, information technology, and related procedures.
• Complete required federal agency training and maintain all required training certifications.
• Perform other related compliance, research, analytical, and administrative duties necessary to support the federal program.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain a Tier 4, High Risk Public Trust background investigation and federal suitability/fitness determination .
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to federal facilities, information systems, databases, and sensitive government information as required for the position.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to the federal information technology systems used in performance of this position.
• Must currently reside in the United States or a U.S. Territory and generally have resided in the United States or its Territories for at least three of the previous five years , subject to applicable federal exceptions.
• Ability to work onsite at the assigned federal facility. This position is not eligible for telework or remote work.
• Proficiency with computers and common office productivity applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, organizational, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference may be given to candidates with:

• A bachelor's degree .
• A degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a similar field .
• Experience performing compliance reviews, audits, data analysis, investigative research, records review, or similar work.
• Experience working with large volumes of records or performing detailed data entry and validation.
• Experience preparing professional reports, spreadsheets, or analytical work products.
• Previous experience supporting a federal government agency or federal contractor.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, onsite position located at a designated federal government facility.

Employees are generally expected to work eight hours per day, Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Government facility core operating hours are generally between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. , with individual work schedules established within those hours based on the operational needs of the assigned location.

Occasional authorized overtime may be required, including work on weekends or holidays when necessary to support program requirements.

Training and Travel

New employees will be required to complete federal agency training associated with the position. Initial in-person government training may be required following onboarding and may require travel to a government facility.

Additional travel may occasionally be required for training, temporary assignments, or program support. Some travel may be within the local commuting area, while occasional overnight travel may be required.

Security and Background Investigation

This position supports a federal government program involving access to sensitive government information, federal information systems, and law enforcement-related databases.

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing all required federal personnel security and suitability requirements, including a Tier 4, High Risk Public Trust investigation and receipt of the required preliminary and continuing fitness determinations.

Candidates must be willing and able to complete all required background investigation documentation, fingerprinting, identity verification, nondisclosure agreements, security training, and related onboarding requirements.

Continued employment in this position requires maintaining eligibility for access to the government facilities, information, and systems necessary to perform the assigned duties.
