Qualifications and Requirements
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Unrestricted medical license in the state.
  • Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG).
  • Board certification must be achieved within 5 years of eligibility.
  • BLS certification.
