Position Overview Location: Goodyear, AZ Role: Construction Scheduler in the Project Controls team Mission: Create and maintain program‑level schedules that drive project duration and enable Vantage’s speed to market. Responsibilities Develop policies, procedures, and training materials for scheduling for both internal and external stakeholders. Create, review, and analyze critical‑path schedules for all project stages. Define activities, scope, durations, logic, and resource loading, ensuring alignment with project budgets. Conduct time‑impact analyses, claims analysis, and schedule variance analysis. Run risk scenarios (MonteCarlo and other methods) and provide schedule reports to management. Collaborate with construction, engineering, and other teams to incorporate constraints and improve processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Estimating, or related discipline. 3‑5years of experience in construction schedule management; data‑center experience preferred. Proficient with Primavera P6 (latest version) and experienced with Procore and PowerBI (preferred). Strong knowledge of critical‑path method, construction documents, and cost estimating fundamentals. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word). 10‑20% travel required. Physical Demands Job duties include standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle objects, occasionally lifting or moving up to 25pounds, and other tasks typical of a construction scheduling role.
