Operations Lead: First Hire, Equity & Flexible PTO

Stealth-mode Battery Technology Co. is seeking a highly motivated business operations generalist to be our first operations hire as we scale from R&D to pilot production.

You will work directly with the founders to execute cross-functional projects and keep the company moving at breakneck speed. You will own the financial model and key metrics, track pilot line costs, manage vendor and contract processes, and support fundraising and government grant programs.
