Front End Associate

Purpose: Under the general direction of the Manager on Duty, facilitate the shift. Must be able to handle returns and POS issues. Monitor for customer traffic and call for more cashiers as necessary.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGreets customers. Demonstrates friendly and prompt service and acts as a role model for staff.Answers phones and gives excellent phone service. Routes and filters calls to the appropriate departments.Knows and adheres to company service standards as outlined by management and the owner.Is respectful at all times.Responds to feedback and suggestions constructively.Communicates openly and honestly with all others in the organization.Resolves customer conflicts respectfully and in a timely manner.
