Job Description Job Description Electronic Technician Location: Mason, Ohio 45040 Pay: $22-25/hr based on experience About the Role We’re hiring a Repair Technician to diagnose, service, and repair industrial automation and electronic equipment. This is a hands-on, bench-level role working with CNC systems, drives, PLCs, and circuit boards to restore performance and reliability. What You’ll Do • Troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic equipment • Perform component-level diagnostics (PCB + part replacement) • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble units • Calibrate and test equipment to ensure proper function • Use tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic equipment • Document repairs, parts used, and test results • Follow quality, safety, and repair standards • Partner with service and customer support teams What You Bring • Associate’s degree in Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience with electronic troubleshooting & repair • Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documents • Familiarity with test equipment (meters, scopes, etc.) • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail • Team-oriented with solid communication skills Nice to Have • Experience with industrial automation equipment • Soldering / electronic rework skills • Background repairing PCBs, drives, or control systems preferred Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
