Our mission is to deliver the highest quality professional services while prioritizing our employees' well-being and fostering an exceptional workplace environment.Warehouse CoordinatorWhat You Will DoAs a Warehouse Coordinator you will cover a multitude of disciplines such as overseeing the movement and storage of goods throughout the warehouse, managing warehouse inventory and maintaining a database. Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.A Typical Day at Prime ControlsSchedule materials to be moved to and from offsite storage facilityPrepare and complete orders for delivery or pickupEnsure all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents, in conjunction with delivery schedules.Assist personnel with material transfers throughout warehouse and to offsite locationsEstablish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouseCommunicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely mannerReceive merchandise as per packing lists in our Purchasing/Accounting module. Scan and file copies of packing lists onto the ERP.Interface with other departments to ensure Inbound and outbound deadlines are met.Ensure warehouse equipment is in good working condition.Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.Document all related activities and completes forms and reports.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.Performs other related duties as directed.What You Will BringAbility to operate a forklift, order picker, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment; operate as needed.Ability to lift or move heavy products.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Ability to keep accurate records.Ability to work under deadlines and meet competing demands.Good customer service and interpersonal skills.Proven traits in dependability, initiative, high energy, and proficient in time management.High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Previous warehouse experience required.Forklift Operator Certification required.BenefitsWhat We Offer:Full-time employees enjoy a great benefits package including, but not limited to:Health, Dental, and Vision coverageFlexible Spending Account(s)Generous PTONumerous culture eventsESOP401k matching and more!Work Environment & Physical Demands (Text Only)Physical requirements and work environment expectations vary by position.
