- Research and resolve rejected customer disputes, rates, and discrepancies.
- Prepare Excel-based settlements, reconciliations, and customer statements.
- Review and validate financial data and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Track open items, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate across departments to gather information and understand operational impacts.
- Use Excel, AI, and digital tools to analyze data, organize information, and improve efficiency.
- Provide additional finance and project support as needed.
