Opportunity ID 9589 Department Assurance Location Austin, Texas Function Audit Position Overview CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to join our Austin office in the Real Estate Industry Group. The role involves leading engagements for real estate clients, creating integrated solutions, and fostering development within the team. Responsibilities Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables Develop detailed engagement work plans Illustrate budgets and schedules Actively participate in proposals Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback Gain the respect and confidence of the team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership Qualifications 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm Real Estate experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree required CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of audit software such as CCH or ProSystem FX Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills Equal Opportunity CohnReznick is an equal opportunity employer.
