Please learn more about our locations. Job Description Performs sterile processing of surgical instruments and equipment, and maintains supplies for the Surgical Services Department. We have an opportunity for a Full‑Time Sterile Processing Tech to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Maintains clean environment in sterile processing department by wearing appropriate clothing, hair and face covering, and cover coats, and removing/changing aprons, masks, etc., as necessary. Safely cleans, packages, assembles, sterilizes instruments and trays using aseptic technique. Correctly operates, monitors, and documents all cleaning and sterilizing equipment in CS and OR area according to equipment manufacturer’s instructions Maintains appropriate CS and Surgery inventory by routinely counting, ordering, and restocking par level supplies. Responds immediately to all requests from Surgery for different or additional items. Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED 2 years experience in sterile processing Preferred Qualifications: Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) The pay range for this position is $21.97 - $32.95.
