About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to work alongside our dedicated staff to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) , you will play a vital role in administering medications, documenting resident information, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our seniors.
Responsibilities:
• Administer medications to residents as directed by a licensed nurse or physician
• Document resident information accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and storage area
• Assist with resident care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Report any concerns or changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
• Current certification and license as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
