Urology Position Available
We are in search of a urologist to fulfill the growing demands of a vibrant service area at our esteemed medical center, part of a well-regarded health system.
Position Overview- Board Certification: Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified with the American Board of Urology.
- Employment Type: This is a full-time, employed role within our organization.
- Case Variety: The position encompasses a diverse range of general urology cases, including both outpatient clinic responsibilities and operating room time.
- Team Structure: You will be joining a collaborative team consisting of four urologists and one physician assistant.
- Call Schedule: The call rotation is 1:7, shared with a partner group.
- Salary: We offer a two-year salary guarantee exceeding $600,000, transitioning to a wRVU model in the third year, with the potential to earn above the 75th percentile.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, continuing medical education (CME) support, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
- Relocation Assistance: A relocation package and a signing bonus are included in this attractive offer.
