About the Role:
Lead the day-to-day performance and execution of a distributed team of B2B Sales Representatives supporting Uber Taxi's growth across Mexico.
Drive sales funnel management, forecasting, pipeline health, and performance monitoring to maximize productivity and target attainment.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance management while partnering with leadership to identify execution gaps and ensure consistent adoption of sales processes and operational standards.
What You ll Do:
Lead and coach a team of B2B Sales Representatives across multiple territories in Mexico.
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting sessions, and performance discussions.
Monitor and improve key sales funnel metrics, including prospecting activity, conversion rates, sign-ups, and onboarding completion.
Drive accountability against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify performance gaps and implement coaching plans to improve individual and team productivity.
Support onboarding and continuous training for new sales representatives.
Ensure compliance with established sales processes, reporting standards, and operational best practices.
Partner with Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives.
Provide regular performance reporting and business insights to leadership.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on execution excellence and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or commercial operations.
1 years of experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or managing sales teams.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial or sales targets.
Strong sales coaching and performance management capabilities.
Experience managing sales funnels, pipeline reviews, and forecasting processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
Experience working with sales reporting dashboards and KPI tracking.
