We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing our overnight hotel operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing accounts and generating financial reports.
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries during the overnight shift.
- Process room reservations, modifications and cancellations
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide concierge services, including local recommendations, transportation assistance, and fulfilling guest requests to enhance their stay.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related customer service role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards throughout the night.
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
