Job Title: Procurement II Location: Springfield, VA (onsite) Type: Contract Hours: 8am-4:30pm EST M-F or 6am-2:30pm EST M-F. Compensation: $48.82/HR - $50.82/HR on W2 Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph Responsibilities Manage procurement activities including purchasing IT hardware and software to support program requirements Collaborate with program teams to generate material requirements and support acquisition plans from start to finish Work across multiple government and Leidos systems in a fast-paced environment Maintain reports and monitor material movement throughout manufacturing and inventory sequences Coordinate forecasts, workload, expediting, and acquisition priority with commodity/category team leadership Advise programs on optimal routes to acquire materials for maximum benefit Analyze material requirements for leveraging opportunities and supplier recommendations Engage with supply chain vendors to determine best acquisition strategies Manage production and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment Requirements Bachelors degree and 4 years of relevant experience AND/OR a combination of certifications, training, education, or military experience Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance Microsoft Office skills including Excel (create workbooks, formulas, formats, sort, filter data) Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work across multiple systems simultaneously Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Basic Excel experience (create workbooks, formulas, formats, sort, filter data) Buying or supply chain management experience Experience using IBM Maximo or Deltek Costpoint Experience with RFQs for procurement System One, and its subsidiaries including Joul and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
