Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience
Build and maintain relationships within the local community
Manage merchandising, inventory, and vendor partnerships
Develop product knowledge to confidently guide customer decisions

Qualifications

Motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Strong communication and customer service skills
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual skills are a plus

Compensation and Benefits
