Physical Therapist - part-time

Job Summary Part‑time Physical Therapist needed for the acute team at Memorial Hospital Belleville. The role fosters a positive team environment, open communication, and patient‑centered care. Schedule 3 8‑hour shifts per week with flexibility for start times between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM; weekend rotation—1 weekend every other month; 1 holiday per year. Responsibilities Establish a treatment plan and provide treatment, considering discharge needs, expected discharge functional status, and appropriate equipment and supplies. Educate, collaborate with, and confer with patients, families, and other health‑care providers; make recommendations for referrals to specialists as needed. Delegate to assistants, technicians, and students through written and verbal communication, determining the skill level or competency required to provide interventions that best meet the patient’s needs. Complete documentation in accordance with departmental policies. Provide assessment, reassessment, and/or consultations for Physical Therapy Services. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) Experience No experience required. Supervisor Experience No experience required.
