Job Description

As an Automotive Service Writer at Graff Chevrolet of Bay City, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers regarding their vehicle service needs and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the service process.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to understand their service requirements
Provide detailed estimates and timelines for service completion
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Maintain customer records and update service history
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and service procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
