Integrity Trade Services is hiring a  Survey Research/Office Manager for our manufacturing client to start immediately up to $80,000K annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Survey Research & Office Manager will oversee daily office operations while supporting the company’s boundary services division. This position focuses on maintaining accurate survey research, coordinating workflows between field crews, CAD technicians, and project managers, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing office management, research coordination, and project support responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations, manage administrative workflows, and coordinate office staff activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls, client questions, and general inquiries.
• Compile research packages, supporting documentation, and reports for survey personnel.
• Assist with boundary evidence research, documentation, and related project procedures.
• Prepare parcel overlays, assemble bid documentation, and organize project-specific research files.
• Monitor and maintain records for lot splits, property adjustments, plats, legal descriptions, and easement exhibits.
• Communicate and coordinate with county recorders, auditors, engineers, contractors, and other external partners.
• Maintain organized archives of historical surveys, benchmark references, and supporting research materials.
• Coordinate employee timekeeping and payroll-related administrative tasks.
• Monitor office expenses, manage purchase order records, and prepare customer invoices.
• Assist with Human Resources policies, procedures, and general administrative functions.
• Support communication and coordination between survey crews, CAD technicians, and project managers to help keep projects organized and on track.

Location: Groveport, OH

Schedule/Shift Details: First shift

• Overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in land surveying, civil engineering, title research, or a related field.
• At least two years of office management experience within the construction or engineering industry.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across different locations.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D, Carlson, and/or GIS software is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with employees, clients, and external partners.
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage administrative records, maintain organized documentation, and support multiple operational functions.
