About the Role

We're actively seeking passionate Musical Theatre Instructors to lead this program in Miami, FL:

Program Dates: September through December 15, 2026, with classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Tuesdays | 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Grades: 1st–5th

Program Dates: August 25; September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; October 6, 13, 20, 27; November 3, 10, 17; December 1, 8, 15

Thursdays | 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Grades: Pre-K–K

Program Dates: August 20, 27; September 3, 10, 17, 24; October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; November 5, 12, 19; December 3, 10

Compensation: $50 p/hr.

In this role, you will:

Lead engaging and age-appropriate Musical Theatre activities for students
Introduce students to acting, movement, music, performance, and theatrical expression
Create a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages creativity and confidence
Supervise students and ensure their safety and well-being at all times
Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork
Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe

Requirements

18+ years of age
Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
