Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
• Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds Wendy's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold Wendy's brand standards
• Create and maintain a positive working environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement
• Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• Must have Fast Food or Sit-Down Restaurant Managerial Experience (3 plus years preferential)
• High school degree or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
