Whether you're an emerging leader or already have supervisory experience, this role offers the chance to expand your leadership skills while influencing laboratory services across three states.This role supports laboratory teams serving communities throughout Iowa (Calmar, Decorah, Lansing), Minnesota (Harmony, Houston, La Crescent, Spring Grove), and Wisconsin (Prairie du Chien, Tomah, Viroqua).What You'll Do:As the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you'll partner with the Laboratory Manager to oversee daily operations across our regional outpatient clinic laboratories. You'll play a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional patient service, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.
