You’ll be responsible for supervising the daily operations, managing crew performance, and ensuring that customers receive a fast, friendly, and memorable experience.Key responsibilities include:* **Leading Internal Functions**: Manage critical areas such as **Employee Training**, **Food Safety**, and **Inventory Management*** **Delegating & Reporting**: Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure results are met* **Driving Restaurant Performance**: Support the General Manager in achieving goals* **Kitchen Operations**: Supervise food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu items* **People Management**: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit objectives* **Customer Service**: Ensure all team members are trained to deliver excellent guest experiences and that key service areas are organized for optimal service* **Team Collaboration**: Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations**What We’re Looking For:*** A commitment to excellence in food safety, service, and the workplace environment* Strong **customer service** skills with a focus on anticipating and meeting customer needs* Effective communication skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced setting* **Leadership experience** in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred* **Flexible schedule** and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment* Must be **18 years or older** to be eligible for the position**Additional Information:**We are an **equal opportunity employer** and celebrate diversity within our workforce.
