The Buckle, Inc. in Kansas City is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team in coaching Teammates, training, and developing leadership within the team. As an AIT/Assistant Manager, you will work on sales, merchandising, and store operations, recruiting new teammates, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Buckle, Inc.
