Responsibilities Respond to customer queries efficiently and effectively via omni chat platforms. Handle accounting-related questions that require deep financial expertise and analytical skills. Support small and medium-sized business owners with essential bookkeeping and comprehensive financial guidance. Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide accurate, insightful, and timely responses. Complete assigned presentation-based tasks as needed to support client understanding and internal processes. Must-Have Qualifications Active user of widely recognized online accounting platforms. Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles. Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support. Strong understanding of core financial concepts and advanced data analysis techniques. Demonstrated ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions with precision. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience working directly with small and medium-sized business clients. Hands-on accounting experience as a small and medium-sized business owner. Previously engaged experts with relevant domain expertise in financial support. Accountants or bookkeepers who are comfortable and proficient with high-volume, data-heavy queries.
