Sr HR Generalist

Overview IMS Care Center, headquartered in Phoenix, is a physician-led organization with a focus on high-quality health care. IMS is seeking a professional, compassionate HR Senior Generalist to perform HR-related duties and support HR initiatives in collaboration with senior HR management. This role covers benefits administration, leaves of absence, employee relations, 401k administration, training, onboarding, offboarding, policy and procedures, and HRIS, while maintaining confidentiality and aligning with IMS policies and procedures. Responsibilities Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all personnel; assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures; assist in preparation and maintenance of the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual Participate in benefits administration for IMS employees (medical, dental, vision, 401k, HSA, ancillary benefits) including management of annual Open Enrollment Participate in employee relations issues in collaboration with leaders and the Human Resources Director, including investigations; advise management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues Participate in 401k administration, assist with annual reports for auditors, and ensure compliance with ERISA legislation Provide oversight for recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt employees Oversee the onboarding experience for new hires, including conducting new-employee orientations Participate in annual updates of the compensation program; rewrite job descriptions as necessary; participate in annual salary surveys; analyze compensation; assist in monitoring the performance evaluation program Ensure compliance with EEO and OSHA regulations Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills (oral and written) Integrity and confidentiality Excellent organizational skills Experience in developing and maintaining vendor and customer relations Ability to multi-task and complete tasks within established timeframes Strong prioritization skills Ability to work with minimal supervision in routine tasks; seeks input as needed and takes direction well Provide excellent internal and external customer service Affinity for a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Positive attitude; able to interact with diverse groups; team player Willingness to learn and acquire new skills; openness to challenge status quo and pursue process improvement Knowledge of HR administration in recruitment, compensation and classification, employee relations, HRIS (UKG), and training Knowledge of state and federal statutes and regulations related to HR management Knowledge of statistical methods and analytical tools used in HR Skill in facilitating meetings and delivering presentations Education Bachelor's degree in related field 5-7 years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist/Senior HR Generalist Any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources Benefits Generous compensation package including medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off and a 401K plan IMS is a tobacco-free work environment IMS is an equal employment opportunity employer.
