Tool Room Clerk – Tool Room #3031, Morgan City, LA Full Time – Morgan City, LA, US GrayWolf is seeking a Tool Room Clerk for our Morgan City, LA project. Summary A Tool Room Clerk receives, unpacks, checks, stores, tracks supplies or materials and fills tool room orders. Responsibilities Work safely around construction hazards. Keep records of items entering or leaving the tool room. Perform routine preventive maintenance of tools and equipment. Troubleshoot, maintain and make minor repairs to small tools as needed. Replace or fix worn or broken tool and equipment parts. Sort, organize, and mark items with identifying codes. Maintain inventories so they can be located quickly and easily. Store materials in bins, on floors or on shelves. Lift, carry and hold building materials and supplies. Qualifications One year of supply/warehouse experience preferred. Must be able to successfully complete all required pre‑hire requirements. Physical/Site Requirements Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 45 pounds. Move in and around confined and cluttered places and uneven areas. Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with age. Work up to a 12‑hour shift in varying temperature extremes and other outside conditions. Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. Work at heights with fall protection, working from manlifts, baskets, JLGs, etc. PPE footwear, prescription safety glasses or eye shields required.
