The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and advancing surgical excellence.Practice Info27 state-of-the-art operating rooms equipped with the latest technologyTwo Hybrid ORs and two Cardiac suites dedicated to Cardiac Surgery, including perfusion access and an enhanced integration systemCV specialized teams including Nurses, Scrub Techs, and Anesthesia TechsAccess to comprehensive resources, including robust clinical support, advanced imaging, and innovative surgical toolsResponsibilitiesPerform a range of cardiovascular surgical procedures, including but not limited to coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), aneurysm repair, valve repair/replacement, and vascular surgeriesCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plansEnsure the highest standards of surgical safety, precision, and quality during all proceduresProvide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient consultations and follow-up appointmentsStay current on advancements in cardiovascular surgical procedures, techniques, and technologiesShift & ScheduleWork Shift: 1 - DayRequirementsMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionBoard certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular SurgeryValid Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)3-5 years of post-training experienceDemonstrated experience in performing cardiovascular surgeries with a strong track record of successful patient outcomesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsCommitment to professional growth, continuous learning, and evidence-based practiceExperience with minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical techniques (preferred)
