Record Center Specialist

Record Center Specialist Our client, a leading organization in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be part of the operations support team, contributing to efficient document processing and storage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Birmingham, AL Pay Range: $16.81/ hour Shift: Other (08:00:AM - 06:00:PM) What's the Job? Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials Manually lift, carry, and load storage boxes ranging from 10 to over 50 pounds Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely Read labels and accurately track inventory using proprietary computer systems Assist in loading and unloading pallets and boxes onto trucks and storage areas What's Needed? Minimum of 0 years of experience in a physical or warehouse environment Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving heavy boxes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good reading and writing skills in English Willingness to work in a physically active role and adhere to safety standards What's in it for me?
