Job Overview Nationwide Financial is hiring an Analyst to support the Retirement Resource Group (RRG) within the asset consolidation space. The role involves facilitating the consolidation of retirement assets, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with IRS guidelines and internal policies. This position is SuccessFlex based and requires residence within 35 miles of Columbus, OH. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the consolidation of retirement assets and drive inbound rollovers into Nationwide products. Partner with participants and relinquishing institutions to review documentation, validate transactions, and ensure timely processing. Manage the end‑to‑end closing process, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience. Interpret plan provisions, product rules, and guidelines to process requests in accordance with legal requirements. Provide extraordinary care to customers through workflow management and service‑level agreement adherence. Research, review, and analyze errors; determine solutions and communicate findings to internal stakeholders. Conduct follow‑up calls, de‑escalate complex customer requests, and route inquiries requiring licensing or registration to the appropriate representative. Review and approve requests for withdrawals, exchanges, deposits, annuity purchases, and contract cash‑outs. Compile management information such as contract and sold case activity for internal reporting. Collaborate with other departments and external partners to create innovative solutions and process improvements. Participate in special projects as assigned. Performance Expectations Operate effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with a focus on accuracy and client service. Team Structure Organized by sector and/or geographic region, with cross‑training across both public and private markets. Licensing Requirements Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 6 within 120 days of hire. Qualifications Education: High school diploma required; undergraduate studies desirable. Experience: Four or more years of related work experience, including customer service in a cross‑functional business environment. Knowledge & Skills: Familiarity with finance and insurance products; strong verbal and written communication; analytical and problem‑solving abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on service and quality standards. Leadership and teamwork skills may be considered an asset. Salary Range Expected starting salary range: $46,345.00 – $65,100.00 (gross). Full salary range for the position: $46,345.00 – $80,700.00.
